We believe all people deserve access to great food grown with highest respect for all of creation. Food is not a commodity. Food is sacred. When grown with care and respect for people and planet, it does cost more to produce than food which is produced in the industrial system. Some of our neighbors need our help to afford this food. In 2022/2023, we’re reserving 25 % of our shares for families who will receive sponsorships. We take donations of any amount, Granite Springs also contributes, and the families themselves pay $10 weekly. If you want to help our neighbors purchase a CSA share, please email Meredith at mleight64 at gmail dot com telling the amount you’d like to contribute, and we’ll send you an invoice to pay online. Or, you can mail us a check in any amount or drop off donations at our booth at the Pittsboro Farmers Market. Thank you!
