This week’s bag is stuffed full of greens! Not only will our Tuesday peeps be receiving healthy portions of chard, kale, and asian braising mix but the greens of radishes and beets as well! Both radish and beet greens are edible and highly nutritious, but best eaten cooked not raw. Heat them in a pan on their own or add them to your favorite soup or stew dish.
Also be sure to check out the Swiss Chard Hummus recipe shared by our intern, Donna. Your new kitchen creativity will leave your friends and family “green” with envy.
